My boy and girl love bank holidays as their Dad is off work and quite frankly? They obvs think Dad is far more fun than Mum. Mum shouts a bit. Dad? Does loads of brill things, so knowing he has a few days off he always makes sure he has some super fun things planned. So when House of Fraser said my girl could choose an outfit to wear over the bank holiday weekend she was rabid! My boy didn't care as he is tiny, but I happily chose for him (because I LOVE shopping).
To wear to our bank holiday trip to the West Midland Safari Park my girl chose from the House of Fraser website a beaut boho chic Mango dress (that to be honest? I kinda liked for me as you know I love me a floral dress). As it has been kinda chilly of late (CURSE YOU BRITISH WEATHER) she also decided tights would be good so picked a pack of 3 from Benetton. She wore her Clarks doodles as she is clearly still clinging onto summer. But I think this dress would look amaze with some ribbed woolly tights, a snugly woolly cardi and her brown boots.
I chose for my boy as he is 19mths and let's be honest not much is on his mind bar Jake and The Neverland Pirates and chips. Oh and he likes running in circles. Continuously. Whilst looking on the House of Fraser site I noticed there were some amazing jumpers so I chose him an army looking woolly one from Pumpkin Patch which was a size two. I thought it could last him the whole of the winter. He loved wearing it to go and feed the goats over the bank holiday. And run in extra big bank holiday circles.
The House of Fraser site was easy to use and there was so much on offer me and the girl took ages choosing. Mango is not somewhere I would usually go to get clothes for my children, nor Benetton. Taking them into the city centre is quite hard work so it was brilliant to get them both nice little outfits for fun with Dad, and to be told off a little bit by me when they have too much ice cream and go mad. Bank holidays rule!
