Wicked Wednesdays 5th November

Boom! Bang! and FIZZ! That was supposed to be firework noises. Sigh tis the night where all my pets go mad and my children can't sleep. Oh joy. Gah. The hub always does a lovely show in the garden with £4 fireworks from Asda that always look like they may well burn his whole face off. How do you lot spend it?

We had tons of linkerupers last week which was fab and I loved seeing all your marvellous photos. They made me happy. They made me smile. They made me feel that hell yeah we are all in this together! Which was my main aim of #wickedwednesdays. Sometimes our kids are cray cray. Sometimes our houses are shizzle holes. But we are all doing the very best we can.

And my favs this week were amazing action shots from Not a Frumpy Mum. I loved Shannonagains plug eating baby as well as a tantruming birthday boy from Jo's Nursery. Can't wait to see what you have got for us this week! Have a lovely fireworky type of evening. I will mainly hiding from sparklers. They scare the bejeezus out of me!

#wickedwednesdays rules
brummymummyof2
  • Firstly. Please add my special badge of my daughter weeping when I said she looked like Pat Butcher (?!).
  • The linky requires no words - we've not got the time really have we? But feel free to write a few lines if you wish. I think no words is sometimes even funnier. We can make our own stories up then!
  • It will run from Wednesday early morning till Friday late evening. But feel free to link up any old photos from other weeks. One per person.
  • I will comment on each one and if you include my twitter handle @brummymummyof2 and #wickedwednesdays I will share your comedy picture.
  • Try and comment on as many as you can, let's say two would be a good minimum.
  • If you also hashtag your piccy #wickedwednesdays on Instagram I will regram a few favourites each week with your handle and hopefully you will get some new followers.
  • That's it! It's just a bit of a giggle really. Enjoy!
Every. Frickin. Time.

Would love it if you clicked on this and then voted on my face. It is a thumb.
So it could be like you giving me a little punch in the gob. Which you may like? Love you! x

  2. Oh yes, I know that feeling! Not a huge firework fan here - get frustrated this time of year when it wakes the kids up. Thanks for hosting #wickedwednesdays each week, lovely to link up

  3. I am concerned that all the noise will wake my poor baby and of course there's the cold too! Have had some hilarious home fireworks shows usually at new year - always a health and safety hazard!

  4. Usually my dad does a display in his garden with ones from sainsburys and we nickname him mr dAnger as he seems to stay far too close. This year tho we had a nice fancy display from one of the back neighbours. Was nearly as good as a public display.

  6. Have voted! And, yes, I totally do that all the time with any wrapping material. My best was DD1's birthday pressie which ended up patchwork because I had too many small bits of paper at the end of wrapping! x

  7. I've been trying to build the motivation to make my sandwich for work this morning and, you know what, you've given me the excuse I need to buy a butty instead :). Have a great fireworks night. We'll be guarding Tin Box Dog's ears x

  10. Ha not just me then! You didn't go for trying to cover it up with a smaller piece? I've even tried sticking (doesn't work) a bit of paper over it. I love your Wicked Wednesday linky!
