Oh good old brummydaddyof2. He always looks a damn sight smarter than I ever do. For work he has to go down the whole shirt and tie route but generally on the weekends? He can be found knocking about with the kids in his favourite high street brands including Topman, Burton and House of Fraser (pants by Matalan but I don't think we need a feature on that).
As the spring is nearly upon us, I set the other half a challenge to pick out some of the things he would like to wear from his favourite shops for SS15. As we are currently looking at holidays for Easter he decided to choose a few outfit combos he could take away with him or wear whilst we were out with the family over the bank holiday weekend.Top number one is from Burtons. Stephen generally buys a million of the same top. He is a creature of habit so he loved this one as it is so similar to others he has. The second is a smart casual Armani shirt from House of Fraser. It would be fab on a sunny day and if it got chilly at night the sleeves could easily be rolled down. The shoes are also from Burton and are perfect for a non rainy day. Remember them? Sigh. They could be worn during the day but still look smart enough to wear if we went out for an evening meal.
Chinos are a staple in this household. I can often be found rocking them at work during the summer months and both the boy and brummydaddyo2 have numerous pairs in various colours. This mustard pair (number 4) from Topman will go well with the smart style desert boots, and both the checked shirt and smart t shirt. Finally a little bit of a jazzy top which was a bit of a surprise choice! This one from Barbour at House of Fraser could be worn during the day with some smart shorts (chinos obvs) or popped on for a date night (if we ever manage to squeeze one in).
Now are you sitting down. You have seen the professionals in numbers 1-5 but are you ready for the hot new model in town??? Here for number six is brummydaddyof2! Modelling the Armani shirt from House of Fraser. Who needs David Beckham when you can have this brummy beauty doing his best blue steel? Ah you gotta love him.
