One of my most searched for blog posts is my review of CBeebies Land and my most popular vlog is a day out at In The Night Garden Live. So imagine when I got an invite to go and visit CBeebies Land for a party with IgglePiggle and Upsy Daisy? Well let's just say I was rabid.
The party was to celebrate a year since the 'In The Night Garden' ride opened at CBeebies Land in Alton Towers. And to be honest we didn't really know what to expect. And? It was literally one of the nicest things I have done with my two kiddos since starting the blog.
The room was decorated with balloons, bunting (I LOVE BUNTING) and oversized flowers. Cardboard cut outs of the whole In The Night Garden crew were dotted around and there were plenty of chances to hang out with the main guys Piggle (as my boy calls him) and that flirt Upsy Daisy.
My girl had the time of her life getting her face painted, a giant balloon flower and taking part in all the activities that were going on. From painting Macca Pacca's stones to colouring in celebratory birthday cards. It was an amazing day and will forever remain in my memory as a 'Mummy Moment'. In The Night Garden is one of those programmes that will always sum up for me having a little baby and a toddler. And as much as the plots are bizarre and I'm never really sure whats going on? I love it!
See with your eyes how our day went!
