WORK WITH ME

Hello

My name is Emma and I would LOVE to work with you! See below for further information on my blogging career to date and please email emma@brummymummyof2.co.uk if you would like to receive a media pack.

Sponsored Posts And Reviews
There are plenty of opportunities to feature your brand on my blog and my YouTube channel. For smaller products they would fit nicely into my monthly favourites, for example this stationery round up. For a larger product a whole post can be devoted with a video to accompany it if you would like, for example these Snazaroo face paints. Or for a more light hearted one here we worked with 20th Century Fox on The Boss Baby campaign. All products will be reviewed by me and my family (husband Stephen, daughter 6 and son 4) and will be spoken about honestly.

Brand Ambassadors
Over the past three years we have been really lucky to work with some amazing brands as their ambassadors. These have included Merlin, Camp Bestival, Drayton Manor and National SEALIFE Centre. I am always looking to work with a team closely and develop great relationships.

Travel Blogging
This year we have embraced travel blogging by visiting days out up and down the country. We have also reviewed weekends away with families and returned to Camp Bestival for the third year this summer. As well as being asked to head back to the Isle of Wight as Away Resorts loved our work last year. It is great to get a family with small kids to review your destination and offer advice for others going.

Freelance Writing
My writing has been featured all across the world. From top Australian women's site 'Mamamia' to being the number 1 post on The Huffington Post in 2015. I have also featured in national papers such as The Daily Mail, The Metro and The Express. Magazines including Bella and Essentials. As well as local papers such as The Birmingham Mail. I have also written for brands in everything from travel brochures to fashion publications.

Awards
In 2016 I was chosen as the MADs Parenting Blog of the Year. As well as scooping the prize for Best Use of Video in a Blog. I was also honoured to win the very first 'Best Vlogger' award at the Mumsnet Blogging Awards 2015. I have also been a finalist in the BritMums Video category for the past two years. I often feature in top parenting lists in both the UK and America. My Facebook page was featured as one of the Metro's 'Funniest Mums'. Most recently I was awarded the 2017 BritMums Best Video award which was amazing!

YouTube
I not only make branded videos for my own channel but also make videos for brands that live on their channels and websites. I have worked with brands such as Lidl and Cadbury as part of being a Mumsnet vlogger, made a DITL for Toby Cavery and had a great day investigating Chicken McNuggets with McDonalds. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like a Mummy vlogger to represent your brand.

Speaking
Something that I really enjoy doing is teaching others about blogging. I have spoken at the STA Conference about how to work with bloggers as well as to the Bank of Scotland employees about how to start there own. I am often asked to speak on panels at blogging conferences as well as being asked by The Huffington Post to interview Jamie Oliver about guilt. If you would like me to talk to your company about vlogging or blogging please email and I will be able to create a bespoke presentation for you!

TV And Radio
I have appeared on BBC2 live television several times talking about nursery fees and the possible cuts at the BBC. I was featured on BBC News talking about Motherhood and loneliness. I have also give radio interviews for local stations about tantrums and have been asked for my opinions to be shared on sites like BBC News and CNN. I have also worked on ads for The Sun and was part of this years Moonpig advertising campaign for Mother's Day.

I hope that we can work together soon!

  3. Hey Emma
I have enjoyed reading your blog, not just because your another Emma :-). The reason I am getting in touch is I am an Assistant Producer on a new foody consumer show for a major broadcaster. We are looking for families to give tips and consumer advice. I wondered if you might be interested in being involved in the show? We are in the early stages of developing the show so it would be great to talk to you either way. You can reach me on 0203 761 4730/ 07916163050 or email me at emma.mahil@crackitrpoductions.co.uk.

We are also looking for families that would like to make savings on their weekly shop, learn new recipes and make their money and meals go a little further. It would also be massively appreciated if you could get in touch or pass my details on to anyone you think might be interested.

    Thanks

    Emma

  7. Hi Emma,

I wanted to get in touch with you as I have read your blog and have really enjoyed your posts - particularly your one about the things you would tell your pre-child self, if only I had slept on those lie ins!
I am also writing to you as I have recently launched a business selling arts and crafts discovery boxes for children aged 5 to 8 called Strange Snail. I feel that this might be of interest to you as a parent. Can I email you the details or my email address is ali@strangesnail.com. As I am new to this business, I am not too sure how this works, so if you have any rules about this sort of thing, then please do let me know.

I look forward to hearing from you.
    Ali
