Watching Stephen Living His Best Life At RUSH!

When I was a little girl the closest I got to a trampoline was the odd time it was brought out in PE lessons. If I had visited somewhere like RUSH Birmingham I would have screamed with glee. With over 35,000 square feet of exhilaration and excitement it is one of my children's (and let's be honest, my husband's) favourite places to visit. We will be working with them over the next few months. Which is ideal as the grotty weather has arrived and I need a way to keep all three of them occupied. If we stay in the house for two long the excess energy they all possess becomes way too much and it inevitably ends up in a scrap.

Whilst we will be visiting a few times on our weekly vlog and showing off some bouncing on my instastories. RUSH wanted me to write about taking a trip there on a very blustery weekend and some of the things they have going on in the October half term. So we shoved on our athletic wear and jumped in the car. Based four miles south of Birmingham City Centre, RUSH is easy to get to and when the kids found out they were going they talked about it ALL week (must remember to only mention fun things on the day of going).

With 100 wall to wall interconnected trampolines it was great to see the three of them living their best lives and burning off some energy at the same time. They also loved having a game of dodgeball and jumping into the gigantic foam pit. I don't think I have ever seen Stephen so happy ("you should have seen me getting everyone in dodgeball" quoted Stephen age 36 3/4). Trampolining can burn up to 1000 calories an hour but if like me you prefer to relax from a busy working week on a Sunday. You can sit down, read your book and chill out in the café whilst watching them from afar. All whilst using the wifi to make sure you upload many instastories of your husband chasing your kids and acting like he is 10 again.

RUSH is brilliant to visit on the weekends but it's also the perfect place to visit during the October half term. Their popular kids meal will be Halloween based (and you know I am ALL about Halloween) and there are some seasonal treats on offer for the adults as well. On 31st October there are a couple of disco sessions on until 7-9pm. With a themed playlist, UV lighting ideal for spooky selfies and a licensed bar. And of course the whole centre will be decorated to get you in the mood.

We all loved our time at RUSH. I got to relax and eat the worlds best cake, Stephen got to pretend he was a child again and my two loved running around. By the time we got home everyone was ready for a chill out which was perfect. We cannot wait to visit again and if you can't make the Halloween sessions in November there will money off open jump sessions. Which is great if you want to avoid fun in the freezing outdoors and if you need to save some cash in time for Christmas. To find out further information about any of the offers at RUSH Birmingham please do not hesitate to visit their site here.
